Angela R. "Rachel" Niebruegge, nee Simmons, 82, of Waterloo, IL, died December 29, 2024, in Belleville, IL. She was born June 19, 1942, in Bath, SC.

She is survived by her children Rochelle (Chris) Daly, Dwight Badger, and John Niebruegge; grandchildren Joshua Durham and Nicole, Ella, and Kayla Badger; sister Sarah (Paul) Ritzel; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her 1st husband Jerry Glenn Badger; 2nd husband Allyn W. Niebruegge; parents Dwight and Susie Mae (nee Jackson) Simmons; and sister Lola Hutson.

Angela was a member of St. John UCC in Valmeyer, IL.
