Barry May

Barry May, 69, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025, at his home in St. Louis, MO. He was born on October 19, 1955, in Red Bud, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy J. and Norma May.

He is survived by his son, Matthew May; siblings: Susan (Randy) Rettberg, Jerry (Gina) May, Nancy (David) Nobbe, Lissa (John) Mudrick, Laura (Kermit) Constantine, and Danny May; an aunt Rosemary Nagel, his darling ex-wife Jeannie May, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Barry enjoyed watching college basketball, fishing, and playing jokes on his friends and family.

He will be dearly missed.

Visitation will at Ortmann Funeral Home. 9222 Lackland Rd. Overland, on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm with funeral service following. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Missouri Department of Conservation, PO Box 180, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0180.
