Dear Vicki, Roger and family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy with the passing Bette. I remember Bette always smiling and when she would be standing at her front door watching us girls when we were teenagers getting ready to take off in the car to drive around Waterloo town to see what was going on. Bette would smile and wave. What a special mother, grandmother, friend to all. She will truly be missed.
With deepest sympathy, love and prayers.
