It is with great sadness that we have learned of Carlyle's passing. He will surely be missed but the example of kindness, thoughtfulness, strength and integrity that he set for others will live on. Our deepest condolences to Sarah, Heather, David and the extended Wilde family.

Carlyle and I have been friends for many years. We enjoyed working together for the Music Boosters on many different occasions and trips. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to see him, get a big hug, and share laughs recently. Rest in peace my friend. You will remain in my heart and memories forever!

We recall the many times we have talked with Carlyle at many Wilde reunions or other family gatherings over in Columbia. Since we live in Arnold we don't see other Wilde's too often. Our sympathy to a man who served his country and served his God and his family. Roy's has a granddaughter named Sarah Wilde.

We were very sad to hear of Carlyles passing. His bright smile and friendly nature always made us feel very welcome. He was such an important part of St Paul that his presence will be missed terribly.

Carlyle was relentless when you wanted you to "volunteer" for some mission he was involved with. During my time as President of the Consistory in 2008-09 he started to "bow" and call me "Madam President" which continued all of these years right up to the last time I saw him at church which was just a few months ago. My sincere condolences to his familty and friends - he will be missed.
