She is survived by her children Tom (Lorna) Gruber, Mark (Denise) Gruber, and Sandy (Dan) Mueller; grandchildren Lyn Gruber, Jennifer (TJ) Hayworth, Michelle (Tim) Leach, Jessica Gruber, Dustin Weber, Ryan Gruber, and Paige (David) Gregory; great grandchildren; sisters and brothers Don (Janet) Armbrecht, David (Diane) Armbrecht, Lois Rabbermann, and Dean Armbrecht; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; & cousins.
Carol is preceded in death by her husband Alvin E. Gruber; parents Oliver F. & Gladys (nee Foslar) Armbrecht; sisters Eileen Johansenn, Mary Ford, and Ruth Frierdich.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
