Cynthia A. "Cindy" Matzen, nee Goeddel, 60, of Waterloo, IL, died December 26, 2017, in Waterloo, IL. She was born June 25, 1957, in E. St. Louis, IL.
She is survived by her son William Matzen; mother Marion O. Goeddel; boyfriend Tom Herlacher; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; & cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father Roland A. Goeddel.
