Darlene M.  McKinney (Jones), nee Yehling, 84, of Waterloo, Illinois, died January 3, 2017, in Waterloo, IL. She was born May 19, 1932, in Edwardsville, IL.

    She is survived by her children Sandy (Tom) Bequette, Steve (Sue) Jones, Randy (Sheri) Jones, & Rick (Sue) Jones; grandchildren Doug Sparwasser, Christy (Justin) Osterhage, Nicole Jones (Jeremiah Samples), Jerome (Tessa) Jones, Andrea (Andrew) Glessner, Alycia Jones, Chelsea (Eric) Gould, And Tyler Jones; step grandchildren; great grandchildren Ryland and Layden Sparwasser, Lily Osterhage, Dylan Jones, Aiden Jones, Colton and Caleb Glessner, Dustin Gould; step great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; & cousins.

    Darlene is preceded in death by her 1st husband Herschel Jones and her 2nd husband Marvin L. "Mac" McKinney; parents Charles and Elizabeth (nee Fischer) Yehling; and an infant son Alan Jones.

    She is a member of Waterloo Senior Center; Holy Cross Lutheran Church - Wartburg; former member of Holy Cross Ladies Aid - Wartburg; resident council board member at Oak Hill.
