David William Mechler

David William Mechler, 62, of St. Louis, MO died September 22, 2025. He was born October 8, 1962, in Belleville, IL.

He is survived by his daughter Hannah (Rick Wiegand) Mechler; sisters Linda (Bill) Dependahl and Susan (Mike) Aycock; niece Emily Dependahl; nephews Aron (Natalie) Aycock and Ryan Aycock; and great nephew Mason Aycock.

David is preceded in death by his parents Eugene A. and Wanda (nee Atkinson) Mechler. David loved riding motorcycles, traveling, and meeting new people along the way.

As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to Helping Strays – Humane Society of Monroe County.

No services will be held; the family asks that you hold him in your hearts.
