Donna K. Howard, nee Jehling, 69, of Waterloo, IL, died November 4, 2025, in Waterloo, IL. She was born November 5, 1955, in Belleville, IL.

She is survived by her children Kelly (Bob Bingham) Hoffmann and Taylor R. Hoffmann; grandchildren Brianna (Andrew) Thompson, Hannah (Hayden) Thompson, and Jada Cover; sisters Wanda (Glenn) Schewe and Pamela Jehling; aunt; uncle; nieces; nephews; cousins; and grand dog Kane Baby.

She is preceded in death by her husband Francis Ray Howard and her parents Henry W. and Dorothy A. (nee Reichert) Jehling.

Donna enjoyed shopping, reading, jig saw puzzles, making latch hook rugs, and visiting friends and family.
