What a great man! My deepest condolences to my friends in the Voelker and Langhorst family. Ed became one of my good buddies and would come in to my work and chat all the time. Great conversations. Class act. It was always the highlight of my week.

Uncle Ed was known in my family for two things: stopping by in Georgia on the way to Florida & CHRISTmas Cards with a special hand written note for each person. I have them all!! He was a sweet & handsome man with a heart of gold. For someone who suffered the loss of so many loved ones, he had a smile & kind words always. He chose to see the good in life & people!

Uncle Ed & Aunt Tedas visits to Georgia were always a Family affair. Big southern meals with grits and all of us laughing at stories theyd tell of their younger years. Everyone is reunited in Heaven today and we have some pretty special guardians watching over us. Dont know if there are kitchens in Heaven but if there are, the stove is on full blast and the table is set for quite a meal!!!

I love you Uncle Ed...Welcome HOME!
