Eugene J. Pflueger

Eugene J. Pflueger, 85, of Hecker, IL, died August 11, 2015 in Red Bud, IL. He was born July 7, 1930 in Maeystown, IL.

He is survived by his children Ronnie (Darlene) Pflueger and Nancy (Craig) Yarbrough, grandchildren Stacy (Mike) Hemmer, Ryan (Meagan) Pflueger, and Christine Pflueger, great grandchildren Nathan and Ava Hemmer, and Keegan and Carson Pflueger, brother Alvin Pflueger, sister-in-law Dorothy Klotz, nieces, nephews, & cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents the late Harvey J. & Minnie (nee Fauss) Pflueger, wife Arlene L. Pflueger nee Klotz, brothers Arnold & Levi Pflueger, sisters Doris Watters & Ardell Kinzinger.

Visitation will be at Quernheim Funeral Home from 3 PM to 8 PM Friday August 14, 2015 and at Friedens United Church of Christ Hecker, IL from 9 AM until time of service Saturday.

Funeral 10 AM Saturday August 15, 2015 at Friedens United Church of Christ Hecker, IL with Pastor Ivan Horn officiating and burial will be at Hecker City Cemetery in Hecker, IL.

Eugene was a member of Friedens UCC - Hecker, IL, Laborers Local 196, & US Army Veteran.
