Evelyn A. Eckstadt, nee Prince, 87, of Hecker, IL, died August 28, 2019, in Waterloo, IL. She was born August 7, 1932, in Malden, MA.
She is survived by her children Donna (Anthony) Trapani, David (Saundra) Eckstadt, Nathan (Ann) Eckstadt, and Philip (Bethany) Eckstadt; grandchildren Kristen (Danny) Gula, Shauna Eckstadt (Juan Gozalo), Victoria Eckstadt, Abigail Trapani, Robert Trapani, Molly Trapani, Johnathan Eckstadt, and Cody Eckstadt.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Rev. John Eckstadt; granddaughter Emily Trapani; parents Roy & Mabel Elsie (nee Urkhardt) Prince; brothers and sisters Dr. Ronald Prince, Rev. Harry Prince, and Mildred Laun.
She was a member of New Life Church and teacher at Parkway Christian Academy.
