He is survived by his mother Imogene Shinnebarger (nee Ticer); brothers & sisters Thomas (Janet) Moore, Terry Moore, Lisa (Jim) Moore-Allen, Teresa (Shane) Dunmyer, & Michael (Danielle) Shinnebarger; nieces; nephews; great nephew; aunts; uncles; & cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father Thomas Joseph Moore.
Gary was a self-employed painter, loved Harley-Davidsons, fishing, and his family and friends.
