Jacqueline L. "Jackie" Blandford, nee Ruby, 74, of Waterloo, IL, died March 13, 2018, in St. Louis, MO. She was born December 8, 1943, in Red Bud, IL.
She is survived by her husband George Blandford; children Dawn (Riley) Thomas & Scott Blandford; grandchildren Cameron, Cole, & Brody; sister Pat (Norman) Rehmer; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Jackie is preceded in death by her parents Elmer & Gladys (nee Mosbacher) Ruby.
