Our family is so saddened to read of Mr. Carpenter's passing. Mom, Carmelita Sensel or Mrs. Sensel as he called her, worked for your husband/father for many years. We have so many fond memories of times she spent working for him, and being a great leader in the office of Supt of Schools. After retiring, mom and dad would travel to Colorado to visit with Jim and Wanda. Mom now is in a Memory Care facility and unable to relay her condolences....but know she dearly
treasured the time she worked with Jim and the friendship of the family. Our deepest sympathy to all.

Gary and I can't express enough how wonderful we think Jim was. Gary always said Jim was his rehab partner. Gary worked for the Carpenters, and Jim was always right there..when he could be wanting to help Gary with anything he was doing. I've shared laughter, seriousness, sadness with Wanda, and I know that Jim is in heaven. God took him home. The angels welcomed Jim, and we have the blessing of Jim watching over all of us. God's blessings.

Jim was my first boss and a long time friend of our family. We thought the world of him and love Wanda dearly. He is finally at peace with our Lord and Savior.
