James E. Middleton, 54, of Columbia, IL, died July 27, 2020, in Columbia, IL. He was born January 27, 1966, in Red Bud, IL.

He is survived by his siblings Debbie (Loren) Seidel, Don (Vicki) Middleton, and Carol (David) Shelton; nieces Diana (Max) Lackritz, Heather (James Casey) Seidel, and Lacey (Neal Loerch) Shelton; nephews Adam (Sarah) Middleton, Aron (Joni) Middleton, and Mike Middleton; great nephews and nieces Trent, Brendon, Reece, Drake, Reagan, Elliot, Graham, Mike Jr., and Jace; uncle Ron Ahrens; aunts Myrtle Walker and Macie Merhtens; and many cousins.

James is preceded in death by his parents Floyd & Marlene A. (nee Ahrens) Middleton; grandparents Edward and Luly Middleton and Stanley and Lucretia Kipping.
