He is survived by his siblings Gloria Sickmeier-Goddard, Gail Ray (friend Brian Springston), Steven (Carolyn) Sickmeier, Lynn (Craig) Yearous, and Roger (Angie) Sickmeier; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents Monroe O. and Irene H. (nee Heller) Sickmeier; sister Norma (J. Robert) Coffel; and brother-in-law Donald Goddard.
