Jo Ann Phillips, nee Theriot, 77, of Waterloo, IL, died May 11, 2025, in Columbia, IL. She was born January 23, 1948, in Metairie, LA.
She is survived by her husband Martin L. Phillips; children Joel (Katheryn Ruether) Phillips and Jennifer Jones; grandchildren Kirsten, Megan, Christopher, Mackenzie, & Hadley; sisters Suzanne (Jon) Deeser, Patricia Theriot, Deborah (Paul) Roberts; sister-in-law Frances Phillips; brothers-in-law Jim Gustason, and Keith Bruce; aunts; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Jo Ann is preceded in death by her parents Chester "Checker" and Stella (nee Champagne) Theriot; father-in-law and mother-in-law William & Billie Phillips; and sister-in-law Beth Bruce.
