Joan Rehmer, nee Huggins, 88, of St. Louis, MO, died April 3, 2018, in St. Louis, MO. She was born June 5, 1929.
She is survived by her daughter; Connie (Rehmer) Bollinger, son David Rehmer; granddaughters Sarah (Bollinger) Desai and Rachel (Bollinger) Simshauser; grandson Jason (Beth) Bollinger; & great grandsons; Cameron Simshauser and Liam and Aidan Desai; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband Vernon Rehmer; brother Bill Hibbard; and parents Elmer & Agatha (nee Stansell) Rehmer.
Joan was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church - Waterloo, Church Choir, and Waterloo VFW Auxiliary.

4 PM to 7 PM, followed by a celebration of life service Friday, April 6, 2018 at Quernheim Funeral Home
