Judith F. Gowens, nee Sebastian, 80, of St. Loius, MO, died November 20, 2020, in Waterloo, IL, surrounded by her family. She was born August 31, 1940, in St. Louis, MO.
She is survived by her husband Jack Gowens; children John (Donna) Gowens, Rick Gowens, Mike (Pam) Gowens, Jackie Gowens; grandchildren Kelly Gowens, Jamie (Cory) Vogt, Stephanie Gowens, and Valerie (Taylor) Vernier; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
Judith is preceded in death by her father George Sebastian & Dorothy (Charlie) Menchaca (nee Drewing).
