He is survived by his children Dustin (Lenie) Horn, Daniel Horn, and Jennifer Horn; grandchildren Hazel Horn, Ella Mae Horn, and Heather Ray; parents Leroy and Wanda Horn; sister Nancy L. (Davide) Alu; nieces Sophia and Sarah Alu; and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
