Larry W. Hill, 86, of Red Bud, IL, died June 10, 2024, in Red Bud, IL. He was born January 6, 1938, in Crab Orchard, IL.
He is survived by his children Linda (Mark) Porter and Travis (Lee) Hill; grandchildren Joshua (Melissa) Cheek, Angela Cheek, Brooke Porter, Skyler (Jason) Chausse, and Cameron Hill; great grandchildren Amelia, Alexa, & Witten Cheek, Aria Cheek, and Callie Chausse; brothers Stan & Kevin Blackwell; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his wife Madonna Hill, nee Cleek; grandson Clinton Cheek; parents Fred E. Hill, and Victorine & Paul Blackwell.
Larry was retired from United Mine Workers (37 years), an avid outdoorsman, loved to hunt, fish, and cowboy. He was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. He loved the Lord. He attended 1st Baptist Church - Red Bud, IL.
