He is survived by his sister Charlotte Bode; aunt Margaret Karsten; special friends Patricia and Richard Graves; nieces; nephews; & cousins.
He is preceded in death by his wife Rosalie A. "Rosie" Bise (nee Fromme); parents Lee & Goldie (nee Godare) Bise; & brother Bernell Bise.
Leo was a US Marine Veteran.
