I have only fond memories of the Pape and Dillenberger families getting together for dinner and friendship. I can remember one time we were at the Dillenberger home and Mary Ann was in a rocker on the porch and she pulled me on her lap so I could rock, too. I told her I was too big to be sitting on her lap and she told me I would never be too big to get a hug and a little rocking. That memory has stuck with me forever. Such a nice lady! I'm hoping the Papes and Dillenbergers are enjoying a reunion again.

I am so sorry for the loss of Mary Ann. It has been many years since I've seen her, but I always remember going to Valmeyer and seeing all of the Dillenberger family. Sending many prayerful hugs to you all.
