Michael David Mueller, 67, of Waterloo, IL, died July 17, 2026, in St. Louis, MO. He was born April 12, 1959, in St. Louis, MO.

He is survived his wife Laura P. Mueller (nee Brett); children Brett (Kate) Mueller and Trisha (Trevor) Spence; grandchildren Brandt and Caroline Mueller and Otto and Maeve Spence; siblings Kathy Basso, Debbie Mueller, Mark (Kim) Mueller, and Dan (Jennifer) Mueller; mother-in-law Linda Brett; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Dana (Dave) Albertearnst, Cindy Latour, Nicole (Ian) Stewart, Maria Brett; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Carol (nee O'Shaughnessy) Mueller; brothers-in-law David Schlarman and John Basso.

Michael was a union carpenter for 45 years. He loved fishing, boating, and camping but most of all he loved to be with family and friends.
