Norma Jean Nungesser

Norma Jean Nungesser, nee Russell, 73, of Waterloo, IL, died January 14, 2020, in Waterloo, IL. She was born June 12, 1946, in Caryville, TN.

She is survived by her husband Gerald E. Nungesser, Sr., children Christine (Frank) Schneider, Sarah Wuertz, and Gerald (Marie) Nungesser, Jr.; grandchildren Amber Blissenbach, Matthew Wuertz, Audrey Wuertz, & Colton Cheney; sisters Cora Mae Russell and Lauretta Wheat; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.

Norma is preceded in death by her parents Robert A. & KT (nee Chamblee) Russell; brother Douglas Russell; and sister Frances Van Hooser.

She was a life member of VFW Auxiliary, enjoyed camping, crossword puzzles, and Scrabble.
