Dear Karen, I am so very very sorry to hear that Norm has passed away. You and Kasey have my deepest Sympathies. It saddens me so. Norm was always one of my favorite clients when I was still cutting his hair at Designs Unlimited. He was always fun, and cheery , gracious and encouraging. He will be missed, and my heart aches for you and your family. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers and He will always remain in my heart and memory. Sincerely, Sue ( Huffman) Flowers
