Richard A. Kretchmer, 82, of Waterloo, IL, died February 8, 2026, in Red Bud, IL. He was born September 9, 1943, in Huron, SD.
He is survived by his children Ronald Scott (Michelle) Kretchmer, Mark Richard Kretchmer, and Jeffrey Alan (Jennifer) Kretchmer; grandchildren Nick (Amanda), Justin (Christi), Alex (Serena), Dylan (Lexi), and Jordyn; great grandchildren Grace, Harper, and Noah, Cayden, Adelaide, and Hudson, Mycah and Mercy, and Aislinn and Alaina; brothers Roger Kretchmer and Kirby (Pam) Kretchmer; sister Kathy Armentrout; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife Mary Sue Kretchmer nee Scamman, and brother Ronnie Kretchmer.
