Rose F. Banks

Rose F. Banks, nee Meyer, 84, of Waterloo, Illinois, died January 31, 2017, in Red Bud, IL. She was born February 26, 1932, in Hecker, IL.

    She is survived by her children Lynette (DeWayne) Polacek and Delaine Banks (Larry Traiteur); grandchildren Brandy (Allen) Traiteur, & Samantha Traiteur; great grandchild Codi Timmerwilke; sister Irene Diercks; brother Willis (Frances) Meyer; sister-in-law Vicki (Joe) Sopko; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

    She is preceded in death by her parents Henry & Minnie (nee Schmieg) Meyer, husband Donald J. Banks, sisters, & brothers.

    Rose was a member of Moose Lodge of Belleville & taught line dancing at Waterloo Senior Center.
