He is survived by his wife Cynthia Kemper nee Hoefft; sister Angie Gotto, Rhonda (David) Matchett, Lucy (Chris) Saelinger, Becky (Tim) Gregory, and Sherri (Jeff) West; brother Danny (Debbie) Kempfer; step daughter Erin Donjon; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Roy is preceded in death by his parents Carl Joseph and Delores Marie (nee Davis) Kempfer; and brother Randy Kempfer.
