He is survived by his children Kirsten Hagene, Kenneth (Tenille) Reis, Craig Reis, and Keith (Danielle Coley) Reis; grandchildren Ajax Reis, Teucer Reis, Ulysses Steven Reis, and Ophelia Reis; mother Rosalie Reis nee Schmidt; sisters and brother Jerri (James) Standing, Donna Reis, Susan (Cary) Spiegel, and John (Renee) Reis; special friend Weng Jayme; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

Steven is preceded in death by his wife Theresa Reis nee Hagene; and father Donald Reis.
