Vera F. Stumpf

Vera F. Stumpf nee Lang, 82, of Waterloo, IL, died June 21, 2015 in Waterloo, IL. She was born November 15, 1932 in Millstadt, IL.

She is survived by her husband Louis E. Stumpf, children Marlene (Richard) Guillermo & Kathy (Rodney) Linker, grandchildren Dawn (Michael) Kress, Robin (Brandon) Stewart, Amanda (Michael) Esposito, Melissa (Eric) Lonn, Matthew (Sarah) Linker, great grandchildren William and Madeline Kress and Isaac Linker, brother and sister Lavern (Lucille) Lang and Myrt (Clarence) Metter, sisters-in-law Lucille Schewe and Delores Lang, nieces, nephews, & cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents Henry G. and Edna (nee Luetzelschwab) Lang, brother Harold Lang, & brother-in-law Raymond Schewe.

Visitation will be at Quernheim Funeral Home from 4 PM to 8 PM Thursday June 25, 2015 and St. Paul United Church of Christ in Waterloo, IL from 9 AM until time of service Friday.

Funeral will be at 10 AM Friday June 26, 2015 at St. Paul United Church of Christ Waterloo, IL with Pastor James Watson officiating and burial will be at Deer Hill Cemetery in Waterloo, IL.

Vera was a member of St. Paul UCC - Waterloo, Monroe County Fair Assn. (Past Board Member), former Girl Scout Leader, election judge over 50 years, & charter member of Deer Hill Cemetery Association.
