Verona W. Goodman

Verona W. Goodman nee Hofmann, 87, of Waterloo, IL, died September 9, 2015 in Valmeyer, IL. She was born July 25, 1928 in Waterloo, IL.

She is survived by her children Lester Goodman, Wilma (Ronald) Rednour, Carl Goodman, Teresa (George) Rednour, Karen (Bill) Dickerson, & Sharon (Bret) Berghoefer, daughter-in-law Lela Goodman, 19 grandchildren,  36 great grandchildren, great great grandchildren,  sister Olivia Goodman, & brother Leroy Hofmann.

She was preceded in death by her parents Karl & Emilie (nee Schmidt) Hofmann, husband Vester S. Goodman, sons Otis Goodman, Dale E. Goodman, and Pete M. Goodman Sr., daughter Ester, 3 grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Quernheim Funeral Home from 2 PM to 8 PM Friday September 11, 2015 and 8 AM until time of service Saturday.

Funeral will be at 10 AM Saturday September 12, 2015 at Quernheim Funeral Home Waterloo, IL with Pastor Don Harmon officiating and burial will be at Monroe City Cemetery in Monroe City, IL.
